Print details: 1998 Metamorphose Cherry JSK🍒

Hi everyone!

Today I wanted to take a closer look at this 1998 Metamorphose Cherry JSK in the black colourway ❤️

This dress has been a dreamdress for a long time and was so overjoyed to find it on auction a while back. It is a mini length JSK and is either from 1998 or 1999. I stick with 1998 for now. Fun fact, there is also a strawberry version of this 🍓

From researching I noticed there is a cream, red and black colourway. This one is black!

Here is the JSK in its full glory! It is absolutely gorgeous, with a thicker cotton fabric and very crisp white lace. This is a mini length JSK, so it is only 79 cm long, which I love haha, it is very leggy!

Here is closeup of the lace, it is beautiful embroidered cotton lace that gives off a very flowery spring feeling.

The overall print is gorgeous and vibrant, this shade of green is very rare in this fashion and it is just so joyful! The cherries are just stunning.

The old curly tag!! 😍 This is the indication for old Metamorphose and it always brings me so much joy!

The JSK has a back zip and detachable waist ties that attach with 2 buttons on each side. I was so grateful to get the waist ties with the dress, it is truly in pristine condition!

Also the last beautiful feature, it has a built-in petticoat that gives the perfect low poof for this mini length! Also can we look back at the lace again? 😍
